The 10018 standard is a useful tool for heads, managers, supervisors, quality specialists, representatives and human resource managers. In order to obtain the best results from the personnel to implement the objectives of the quality management system (ISO 9001) has been developed. This standard provides a framework for the implementation of management systems for all organizations (large or small), production or service, as a guide for the competent participation of the organization’s people in the desired implementation and also the proper maintenance of quality management systems. is used <\/p>\n

In general, this standard pays attention to three basic factors for implementation, and these three factors are:<\/p>\n
