Abstract of the article: Identifying and prioritizing effective factors in standardizing and culturalizing the work environment grooming system by using the expansion of quality performance.
According to the obtained results, the support of senior management in the implementation of 5S is the first priority in the standardization and culturalization of the work environment grooming system, the second priority; The presence of signs and symptoms and the third priority of changing the (positive) attitude of the personnel towards the system have been identified.
